Open Enrollment 2023 for Rutgers Employees
Rutgers University employees have access to health insurance plans that employees at the other state colleges do not have. Please take care in selecting your plan for 2023, as rates are increasing at different percentages based on the plans. Selections must be made no later than 10/31/2022 and will go into effect 1/1/2023.
- Horizon NJ DIRECT (or NJ DIRECT 2019 for employees hired after 7/1/2019) – premiums increase 3% over 2022 Rates
- Horizon OMNIA – premiums increase 2.25% over 2022 rates
- All other plans are increasing by approximately 18% or more
